Licence conditions

Images can only be used for the positive promotion of tourism in Sendai.

Sendai Tourism, Convention and International Association holds the copyright in all images in perpetuity. All images must be attributed as shown in the metadata associated with each image. For example if an image has metadata stating that the credit is City of Sendai, the attribution must be expressed in the form of "Photo courtesy of City of Sendai".

We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use an image without prior notice. In this circumstance we will email you written notice and you must comply with the requirement to cease use of the image.

The images you download must be used by you or the organisation that you officially represent. You must not sell or rent or otherwise allow third parties to use the image.

Restrictions on usage

You must not use the image for the commercial purposes other than the positive promotion of Sendai as a tourist destination.

Use of images from this site does not constitute an endorsement of you, your organisation its products or services and you must not allow an impression to be given that such an endorsement has been made.

If you fail to comply with these licence terms you will be prohibited from accessing the site and prohibited from using any images.
